Placing in the Top ten for Ohio in the Miss Universe USA, and Miss World competitions, she was crowned: "Miss Tennessee Hemisphere Beauty 1981", "Miss Ohio Hemisphere Model 1981", and is an American local, state, and national beauty queen. Married Claude in 1986, a Family of French origin, giving birth to Houston, Destinee, Jazz, and Hailey.
